Michaux Sindani Ngoie
A law graduate from the University of Lubumbashi, Maître Michaux Sindani Ngoie is in charge of the Lubumbashi office.
- Attorney-at-law and Member of the Lubumbashi Bar since 2003,
- and of the Tanganyika Bar since 2018;
- Board Member of Credda (Centre for Research and Studies
- on the Development of the Law in Africa).
Thanks to his career in the corporate sector (within the legal department of Tenke Fungurume Mining - a subsidiary of Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.), Maître Sindani Ngoie has acquired a wealth of experience in labour law (labour and social security law). Within Étude Kabinda, he manages the cluster that assists companies’ human resources departments with drafting legal opinions, employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements. He provides assistance in the organisation of trade unions as well as in the setting up of corporate employment law audits. Maître Sindani Ngoie also intervenes in all litigation matters involving Étude Kabinda’s clients.
