Emmanuelli Kahaya Mwehu
A law graduate from the University of Kinshasa, Maître Emmanuelli KAHAYA MWEHU holds another university degree in “Francophonie, New Economy and Sustainable Development” from Lyon III - Jean Moulin University.
- Attorney-at-law and Member of the Kinshasa/Gombe Bar since 2000 and of the Tanganyika Bar since 2018;
- Legal Advisor to several government institutions;
- Member of several national human rights NGOs;
- PhD student at the Faculty of Law of the University of Kinshasa.
Maître KAHAYA MWEHU is actively involved in assisting companies by turning his perfect knowledge of international human rights standards to good account, particularly with regard to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). He also takes part in due diligence assignments in the fields of environmental and mining law.
