Founder of Étude Kabinda – Avocats DRC law firm, Maître Alex Kabinda Ngoy holds a doctorate of law from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium) and a master’s degree in Economic Law from the same university. Maître Alex Kabinda Ngoy is a professor in the Faculties of law at the University of Kinshasa, the Catholic University of Congo, the Protestant University of Congo, as well as the University of Kalemie.

  • Board Member and Chairman of Credda (Centre for Research and Studies on the Development of the Law in Africa).
 
Within Étude Kabinda Law Firm, Maître Kabinda Ngoy is in charge of the cluster of skills, which deals, in addition to corporate, liability, infrastructure, public procurement and telecommunications law related-matters, with natural resources and oil, gas, and energy law related matters as well as business law, in which he himself specialised. He is also in charge of due diligence assignments. Maître Kabinda Ngoy has a wealth of experience in negotiating practice and drafting joint venture agreements, as well as complex contracts in connection with mergers and acquisitions of assets for commercial companies operating in the natural resources and energy sector.
